Background and Credentials
Dr. Campano, born and raised in Holguin, Cuba, developed a keen interest in dentistry from a young age. He earned his Doctor in Stomatology degree from the University Mariana Grajales Cohello, College of Stomatology in May 2014. After starting his career at the Ministry of Public Health in Holguin, Cuba, Dr. Campano pursued further education at the University of Illinois Chicago, College of Dentistry, earning his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree.
In 2024, he completed a comprehensive dental implantology course at the Chicago Implant Institute, gaining advanced skills in implant dentistry with systems like Straumann, Dentium, BioHorizon, Nobel Biocare, and MIS.
Dr. Campano currently practices at Align Dental and Orthodontics in Orlando, Florida, offering services including surgical extractions, endosteal implants, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, and clear aligner technology. He has received several awards, including the Excellence in Prosthodontics Whip Mix Corporation Hanau Award and the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons Dental Student Award.
In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Campano has served in leadership roles as a Clinical, Prosthodontic, and Oral Surgery Teacher Assistant at the UIC College of Dentistry, contributing to the education of future dental professionals. Fluent in Spanish and English, he is committed to providing accessible and compassionate dental care, continuously enhancing his skills and knowledge to improve patient outcomes.
